At Pearl & Tick, we take pride in our handcrafted luxury bags. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Items returned after the 5-day window
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exceptions Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom/personalized items and personal care goods.

How to Request a Return Contact us at pearltick@pearltick.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping We cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns.

Refund Options Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you may choose:

  • Full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days)
  • Exchange for another item of equal value

Damages and Issues If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging.
